    Salon Owner & Founder

    With over 30 years' professional experience across the globe, Mel leads the Ginger & Spice team (and makes outstanding mojitos).

    Salon Coordinator

    & Emerging Stylist

    Steph loves to stay busy and is our head apprentice.

    She is an amazing stylist who also specialises in beauty treatments.

    In her spare time she can be found at music concerts or hanging out with friends.


  • Yasmin

    Senior Stylist

    With over 20 years industry experience she is a strong leader.

    As a live music enthusiast, Yasmin (or Yassi) keeps the fun and good vibes pumping all day! When she is not at work she is learning the ukulele or travelling to spend time with family.

  • Bec

    Senior Stylist

    Bec is the hidden gem of our team and a serial hugger!

    In her spare time she is winning at lawn bowls or hanging out with her family!

  • Brendha

    Emerging Stylist

    Hailing from Brazil, Brendha is a natural-born creative with a passion for art, design & fashion.

    Emerging Stylist

    Maddy is a talented apprentice how is eager to learn everything there is to become an incredible stylist.
