We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any concerns or questions about the service you received, we would love you to reach out and let us know!

We will invite you to return to the salon so that we can visually inspect your hair. At that time we will make every effort to make any adjustments needed with your original stylist.

These adjustments will be made available to you at no extra cost.

We are also happy for you to return any retail products purchased from our salon within 7 days of purchase.

No cash value is given, instead a salon credit will be issued or the same value of other retail products. For more information, please contact us.

Here at Ginger & Spice, we get you! We understand that life can be a real pain at times and that things don’t always work out as planned. That’s why we love being flexible for you, so that if you need to change or cancel an appointment you can!

To make life super easy for both you and us, we love to remain flexible while still having a few policies in place to ensure smooth sailing for you, making your appointment relaxing and enjoyable.

For your ease, a reminder text is sent a week prior to your appointment, this is the best time to let us know if you would like to reschedule or need to cancel. We also check in 48hr prior if we have not heard from you. If you’re running late, we get that! We will try our best to work around it. However, we do run by appointment and therefore late arrivals of more than 15mins or more may be unable to be serviced as it will affect our other guest appointments. Due to this our cancelation policy may apply (see below).

As we are a small business, having our clients turn up to their appointments on time is what allows us to run smoothly and pay our stylists. Due to this we have implemented a $50 deposit at the time of booking (per selected services).

This deposit will be fully redeemable towards the appointment that is being booked. However when you don’t provide us with at least 24 hours notice of not attending your appointment, this $50 deposit will not be refunded. This is to ensure that we can continue trading!

If there are numerous no-shows or last minute cancelations, future bookings may be refused.
